    Include the exact URL(s) on FriendtasticRecords.com where the unauthorized content appears.
  4. Proof of Ownership
    Provide any documentation or evidence that verifies you are the owner or authorized representative of the copyrighted material.
  5. Statement of Good Faith “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  6. Accuracy and Authorization Statement “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
  7. Electronic Signature
    Your legal name typed at the end of your notice will serve as your electronic signature.

What Happens After You Submit a Claim

  • Our team will review your notice within 3–7 business days.
  • If the claim is valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • We may contact the uploader or content owner for additional information.
  • In cases of dispute, both parties may be asked to provide further evidence.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with:

  • Your contact details
  • Identification of the content removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error
  • Your consent to jurisdiction (required for legal compliance)

We will review counter-notices in accordance with applicable laws.
